Judgement & common sense needed in EPA !

Reasonable rules regulation emissions while encouraging businesses would make a lot more sense then putting lots of businesses out of business unnecessarily. However, the leadership in dc are on a mission to damage the USA economy. They will not even attempt to comprise on various emissions they have determined damage the atmosphere. They don't even consider the impact of businesses they run out of USA ( with reasonable emissions) to other countries with extremely bad pollution controls.
